That isn’t necessarily the fault of the employees. Training is necessary for any job, but if you want to optimize the productivity of your employees in a setting that requires them to work together it is especially important. Luckily, there are many different types of training that should be implemented to increase the productivity of individuals and the collective. Perhaps the most important part of training is before the person gets on the job.
