You can eat anything that you like if you workout after that
You will lose weight if you burn more calories than you consumed. So if you are eating really fattening foods and then thinking of losing weight by doing exercise then it will not give you any results. You cannot just fill your body with anything and then compensate by doing workout. Some foods are really high in fat and calories and even after half an hour or one hour of exercise you won’t be able to lose so many calories as you consumed by eating those foods.
