Weight loss process is linear in nature
It is not true that it is a linear process. There will be times when you will feel very light and you may gain a little weight during the other weeks if you are following a weight loss routine. You should not go mad if your weight fluctuates a little bit because it is a normal process for the body. Some days may be there when your body may be holding more food or water than usual and it feels a little heavy, but that should not be a major concern.
